I have been having a weird issue since I got the Earth DLC.  I actually downloaded it while I was on vacation and since the install I haven't been able to play the multiplayer part of the game.  Now when I first start up the game it frequently (~90% of the time) doesn't display Galaxy at War information and instead says "Load failed.  Cannot connect to server.".  If I click Multiplayer it will sit for a long time before giving me the error "You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server.  You must connect again to access online features of the title."  I click OK and about 90% of the time when it sends me back to the main menu the Galaxy at War information is there but I still can't get into the multiplayer part.  At first I thought it was something with the hotel's internet security so I just let it be but I have been home for three days now and have the same results.  I tried it at work too, no dice.

Nothing has changed on this machine but the install of the Earth DLC other than some web browsing and some word document editing so I don't get it.  I have checked my router just in case but it is still set to UPnP and I even tried turning off the firewall on my laptop.  I unistalled and reinstalled ME3 too and still no luck.  I even tried connecting wirelessly just incase my wireless nick was getting flakey and that didn't help.

Any ideas?  Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm having similar issues, purchasing premium spectre packs to try to unlock the new classes for the Earth dlc and so far 2 such transactions have been interrupted after my BW points are deducted but before I receive my items which of course means im out 480 bw points (which I may email them about). This router is less than a month old and fully updated but I checked it anyway just to make sure, no problems on my end and im not using wireless I have a direct connection which I also checked. I've been having issues with Origin not connecting the last few days also.

I also have the same problem, but in my case it's just a connection error with our Internet. I can connect and play MP some parts of the day. Maybe the EA server nearest to you is just having a huge load?

Though I have to say, more people have been having disconnection issues since installing the Earth DLC...

So this issue just went away a couple of days ago. They must have fixed something.
