Alright, the short of it: My fiance and I both play multiplayer, with the other two players just from public matchmaking, in the same apartment - same internet connection and all, two TV/PS3 setups. Numerous times now she has had major glitching problems once a match starts, and it lasts until she re-starts her PS3. They include:

-Shuttle not leaving (the ENTIRE match. This is usually the most telling sign her glitching is happening)
-Not being able to go into cover, at all
-Enemies disappearing/reappearing randomly
-Just about all players seem to be "glitching out," although I'm right in the other room on my system and it's all fine, including her
-On one match, in which we had a full team of four players, she literally COULD NOT see either of the other players. Mine was perfectly fine. My pause screen showed all four, the "feed" at the bottom displayed their kills, and the escort mission we had showed "4 players extracting." Hers, on the other hand, showed only the two of us in the pause screen, "2 players extracting," and only displayed things like "10 headshots" in her feed.
   -During this time it was clear that the other two players could interact with her just fine. One time she was "downed" and another of the players helped her up. Weird.

This has never happened before until after the Earth DLC was installed. Not sure if that has something to do with it. I can assure everyone it is not our internet connection. Any help would be absolutely great. Thanks.

Alrighty then, I'm assuming no one has ever seen this, and that unfortunately it's only her game that suffers from these things. I'm searched here, there, just about everywhere for any other mention of similar issues happening with no luck. Again, if anyone has heard of this or suffered from it first-hand any help would be appreciated.

my friend had that problem as well, to every detail. what he did was exit me3 and re-login into mp. and it all works after that. but currently are faced with new problems.

It's good to hear someone else is having a problem, meaning she isn't the only one, and at the same time I'm sorry to hear anyone else is having this problem. We actually tried exiting the game and just logging back in but it persisted until after restarting her console. By any chance would you happen to know what model PS3 you friend is using?

im unsure rwhat model he is using rite now, but i know its a red ps3 bought on february this year. we currently had the problem whereby accessing the store shows nothing, no packs, cant level up character and cant equip any equipment.

i deleted my game data, reinstall my dlc, and im able to access store and equipment, but it wont restore my N7 level and character lvl.

its so sad that with such great game, we had this kind of problem, and the feedback from the chat support, it doesnt help a single bit.

Well, she just had it again. This problem, with all the issues I've listed above, and probably more, have now happened on:

-Rio (twice)
-Condor (twice, I think)
-Giant
-Dagger

I will continue to look for answers/other people having the same issue. In the meantime, does anyone know what the best way would be to go about posting this to Bioware, other than this? I'm sure they rarely visit the PS3 section...

Thanks, just did. I just pasted what I already said in the OP. Hopefully they won't try and throw this off as "contact Sony, it sounds like a console problem." No. It's not. Also, we never had this problem until after Earth.

Maybe you should delete the DLCs and download them again sometimes this helps.

We've done that. Three times now. This has been done is different variations with the same result: none. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I've been told to try and de-frag her system. I understand how to get into the boot menu and I know how to de-frag, but as soon as I told them she had a slim model they went "Oh, then she shouldn't need to de-frag it."

Numerous problems like this have been cropping up, no your not alone.
no reinstalling DLC is not a fix.
Grit teeth, deal with it. Hope for a patch to fix. Not gonna happen but still hope all you want.
its a combo lag spike and Bioware/EA Server Connectivity issue.

To sum it up. its a random Crap Sandwich. just have to take a bite.

I have been noticing how neither of us can remember the last time we got a connection error, where we get booted from a match and signed out of the EA servers. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it? Perhaps, in order to reduce the amount of errors/kicks, the game is just keeping the player in the match all glitched out? Don't know. On a side note, does anyone know of this issue happening on either 360 or PC?

Yea this really bugs the crap outta me...I don't wanna go to in detail but yea it sux bad...and also with the online pass keeps poppin up... Whats up with that???

I think it's something to do with her copy of ME3. Have you switched the discs from her PS3 to yours to see if that's the problem? If not and you tried Dl the gamedata from your disc and not gets then it's her PS3. Either the harddrive or the system.processors.

@wantsumcandii: both of our copies are the digital versions, purchased from the PSN store. As I've said earlier we've never had any problems like this before.

Got a reply back from EA today. In the e-mail I sent them I literally copied everything I said here, then added more information. This is what I got back, and quite frankly this is how you can tell they never read it:

"Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I understand that you wish to report the glitch in the purchasing procedure. I really appreciate your responsible outlook towards gaming.

I have forwarded your suggestion to our supervisory department, You can also post your suggestion and feedback on official forums.

I appreciate your concern about the game and as you say if you’ve experienced this issue more than once, then yes it may be a bug but I’d appreciate you posting bug on EA forums."

Last night I had this happen to me.  My friend who was playing in the other room, could see our full team.  I could not take cover or see anyone.  Even worse While one of our teammates was running the Pizza I couldn't find it and it didn't show me as them having it with a defend notification.  Also the Hack 4 objects were being done but not showing on my screen.

Most of the issues I've had are usually to do with joining (already started) games,some times I'll play the whole game solo against limited enemies.......when the game ends,every thing resets and the team/game runs as normal.

Recently (the last few weeks) I've noticed a more serious issue......basically you start a game as normal,get to one of the later rounds and then the enemies become invisible......you can see your team,hear the chat etc but you can't see the bad guy's.........even if you hide and get through the round,the following rounds are the same...........so your forced to quit,you can't continue playing.

Overall there more than a few similar issue's........ banshees,that are invisible but you can still see their power aura.....count down clock at the end not visible......mission objective arrow not visible....it's all very random but these issue's never used to happen?????

Checkout a post from @Balckjack126 about his isssues (social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/346/index/12886432). It sounds like they released a bunch of discs that are bad and are quietly trying to replace them. for an additional $20 each.

It has been stated twice previously in this thread Digital copy (no disk).

As far as contacting EA they couldn't care less about anything not involving a profit. Go directly to Bioware the developers about the issue skip the publishers. I have had the same issues, and once where the whole team couldn't take cover full lobby from the get go, very fun gold match lol.  They aren't a big deal to me until enemies fail to show up and kill you everytime they "see" you, use missiles on a large crowd or to clear you buddies as needed, try to play medic or rejoin
