I thought i would try bioware points to get some 'paid upgrades'

When you use ingame credits to puchase from theMass Effect 3 Multiplayer/Store you will get a screen show up with the packs conents, such as 5x medigel, 1x level 200 claymore etc

I stuck 1900 points on my account - brought 1x Premium Spectre Pack for 240 points, nothing showed up to say what the pack contained, thought it might have been a glitch, brought a second one, same issue, thought i'm losing points here, attempted to purchase a Veteran Pack - same issue.

My question is, are the bioware points broken? Will i ever get these packs?

I dont mind the loss of the real world $7 - i am just wonering whats happened.

Ok, new issue. i just loaded me3 and got all 3 packs at once, and then found i have 0 bioware points.
