Here that I achieved from EA support:
Udit: I'm sorry however as you are banned from the Multiplayer so you would not be able to play the game online.
Udit: Is there anything else I may help you with?

what is problem? Galaxy of War is Multi play not single play of course you cannot access to it if u got ban from multi play
