yesterday I played up to 00:00am then I went to bed, today I tried to turn the game on at 09:00am I started origin,
started the game and when it was loading the main menu, the game froze, so I typed CTRL+ALT+DEL and shut the game from there (it said "non responding" you know the usual thing),

then I tried repair install on the game and  in said error can't do try later, so I reinstalled Origin and now it says I don't have any game, I can either go to Origin shop or enter my product code, when I type in my product code and click NEXT in starts loading and then general error occures:
"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

what should I do? please help, I am in the dark here :(

You should contact EA. Use the live chat feature in the Origin software.

I've had almost the same kind of problem lately. Game gets up to Communicating, then just freezes up and wont do anything, but the background sounds and music do play normally. Right after you get to press a button to go forward at the meteor screen.

If I closed the game from the Task managers Applications menu, nothing would happen after the initial confirmation of Do You Reeeeeaallyyy Wanna Do This, but if I take it down from Processes, the process wont go away. ME3 screen will disappear, but the process's memory usage will continue and I wont be able to really use my computer; have to reboot.

Didnt reinstall Origin at that point yet, though. Also didnt lose my games when I finally did.

No solution yet, though I'm sending messages with a supportguy, Takes about 24 hours for them to answer, but at least they answer.
