 I can seem to purchase packs with credits but I don't see the option or £___ and the purchase is greyed out? Is this a problem?

mine is even worse. i cant see any packs! showing blue blank screen. and only press X to exit.

people probably threatening to sue because of their loss of real currency. its happened to me buy a pack and not be able to get it. happened a total of 23 times and everytime i have been refused a refund by both bioware and sony playstation store. sucks but understandable that they did this but I have heard they do this to fix this issue although it keeps happening I wonder if they are actually attempting to fix/resolve this issue or just sitting around for a few days and putting it back up making us consumers feel that thay have fixed the issue. i gave up trying to get my refunds kinda a lost cause because they all say the same thing this issue doesn't happen at all and that apparently I am making this up to get money for free and buy more packs. lame excuse given to me by people on the phone from bioware and sony.

seriously? using real cash?

idk if this help, but aint there is billing information sent to the user email after each purchase? the other day i bought the packs using credit card, and the billing was sent to my email. whole lot of them.

I'm having the same problem. I never use real life money, but I wanted to purchase one PSP before Operation Overwatch this weekend.

I have to say it is frustrating that this problem has been going for over 24 hours and I still can't find any info on why this is happening, when it will be fixed, or anything posted by admins/mods/devs. Nothing on twitter, facebook, or the forums.

humm it happened Just about the time the Operation kicked off.... ooooh this is a Conundrum.
on that... you spend actual cash for Made up In-game Items that you can get just by playing the game.

my personal belief is that they disabled the buying of packs when the psn store had an all day maintenance for the USA and now they are waiting for either the event to be over or something else >_>. I don't buy packs, but if i had to venture a guess as to why you cant then that would be my guess.

I can't buy packs with credits. I've 500,000+ and all the options are greyed out. I just want to buy a JEP before my consumables start to run low. I also don't even see the "real world" money option.

Please someone.....take a look at the store.  This really kinda sucks to happen on an Operation Weekend.

just played a match a couple of hours ago and the option to buy with real cash appears for me.

have u tried restarting ur ps3 a few times? that helped me in similar case.

Just went ahead and reset.  And yup everything is back to normal now.  Thanks!
