such a waste of time, just another back patting "survey" that confirms what we already know: the BW fans that are dissatisfied with ME3 cannot be pleased, the only way to placate them is to ignore the other x% of fans that arent screaming at the sky

Basically it went like this,
Pre-EC- Strongly disagree
With EC-disagree, barely makes it out strongly disagree.
Again, a turd polished.
This. Most of my responses went from Strongly Disagree to ...Disagree. Ha.
Or in other words:
It went from "I'll never even look at another Bioware game unless it has the very best user and critic reviews together, and even then, I'll do a TON of research, and no preordering."
to..
"I'll take a look at what they offer, casually, but refuse to preorder to ever 'seal in' my purchase.
This is the same for the upcoming SP DLC by the way. I'll have to watch some videos of it and get some spoilers that interest me, before I even start to care about spending money on it. Previously (like in ME2), any DLC was an instant purchase..

My biggest issue is that the series that strongly admonishes you for even contemplating joining or trying to control the Reapers...
Then gives you to option to do either. Successfully.
So I'll take any damn theory out there that makes sense of the ridiculous assertion of the game.
Synthesis - What? Both the geth and EDI made it quite clear they would risk 'nonfunctionality' before bowing to the Reapers, which, yes, Synthesis IS doing.
Control - I literally just told TIM we were not ready to control the Reapers. WTF.
So unless Bioware has something up its sleeve, and they reveal it within the next couple months in some way, I.... don't care. You messed with me Bioware, and I don't appreciate that.
(IF however, some grand twist happens soon, and its done well, then I may rebound ENTIRELY and support the company 100%)

I want to make clear two things though:
1)The Mass Effect series, up until around Hoizon/Cerberus Base (or at least London, to me) was one of the best game series I've ever played, even with its shortcomings and design issues (both objectively and more subjective to myself).
ME1 = 9.5/10 on my taste scale (I forcus on narrative and storytelling and aesthetics, not clunky inventory etc, by the way)
ME2 = 8.5/10
ME2's better DLC = 9/10
(yet overall, ME2 is more enjoyable in gameplay, yet just slightly less fun in terms of story, which it also makes up for with more action, characters, and locations!)
ME3.... = 8/10 without ending..
ME3 = 7/10...with ending
ME3 = 7.5/10 with Extended Cut
So I don't hate the series. I just strongly dislike where it went and I feel rather hopeless about any replayability when it comes to the story, even now. I do NOT like that. I wish I could love the ame and give it at least a 8.5/10 overall
2)My main issue is narrative consistency. While I jump on Indoctrination Theory, it is just PART of ONE way that the ending could make some damn sense to me.
Because if it is to be taken literally, I just get this damn horrible feeling of hopelessness about this series.

Hopefully future gamers can be spared our disappointment.
best case scenario the community will do what they can to salvage what's left of the story.
If bioware doesn't care about it anymore, the fans will pick up the pieces themselves. sad day that is.
OH MAN, they already have.

It's already my headcanon for now (except for silly stuff like certain characters not being where they're supposed to be, and the entire Maurader Shields...everything
I mean seriously, read that one with music, and this one as well http://koobismo.devi...t.com/#/d57mbvb

No, not for ME3, but maybe they'll remember their fan feedback for future games. Furthermore it's always good to know what the customers thinkSSPBOURNE wrote...

Yeah it's like when you leave that girl a message several times. After a while it might be time to take a hint.

Done. I'm confused though on one of the questions. The one where it asks if I feel satisfied with how we say goodbye to our crew.
It would be a 1 if you apply it to the endings, but if you apply it at London before the Horde, then it would be a lot better than that. Not sure so I voted 5.
