This game is out a while and most of the ppl I met along the way have stopped playing . And usually its the forum ppl of a game that hold the line the longest, but every ride has its end even for me.

But until then what would it take? A nerf of your favorite gun? Or perhaps what i told myself, a maxed out manifest yet I still come, but I find the.interest leaving. And it may be time to put my dog tags up on the wall soon. What will be the end for you, what will make you hit that power button off for the last time?

My dogtags will never adorn a wall as long as I'm alive. But the end of this game is spelled Darksiders 2. Tired of PUGs being the only people I can match up with and play.

Hm. Good question.

For me the game has actually started to get more interesting, now that I'm finally starting to get some of the decent guns at a level where they're worth something.

I think I'll stick around till EA shut the servers down. By then we hopefully have a new ME MP with all the great features of this one and more. It will be interesting to see how the community fares in half a year or so, the MP will at that point probably still have a flow of new players trying it out, but I hope some experienced players will stick around as well.

I'll definitely start playing a lot less when Borderlands 2 comes out. So on September 18th I'll probably stop playing ME3 except for weekend events or new DLCs.

When ME4 is out. Mass Effect is one of those few series that just so well made you just keep playing. That's really a rare thing. None of the 3 games have ever bored me. I'll play other games in the mean while, sure. But I don't think I'll stop playing this series any time soon.

Edit: If you're talking about multiplayer in specific. Then when no more dlc comes out and the public in general stopt playing it. SP will have a much longer life span for me.

Currently I'm only returning for weekend events due bioware's balance failings and general hatred towards infiltrators... Or shall we just call them shotgun weilding shock troopers now instead? Coz they sure as hell ain't sniping anymore since headshot damage and good aiming became a punishable offense.

I'll keep playing till it either shuts down or there's a new ME game out. But in the next month or two it's gonna take a serious backseat to borderlands 2, halo 4, black ops 2(8 player zombie mode!), transformers 2, and the avengers game.

My N7 army is 30,000 I probably could beat them conventionally..

I just like playing it. I like playing a character. I don't really care about manifest. If I'd want to max out my manifest I'd farm platinum for money, not the fun.
I just... like playing it. It's fun, it's satisfaction, when you succesfully finish the mission.
I actually don't know what could make me stop playing the game. Ah, I know - no internet and no computer.

I actually laid out a theoretical plan for bringing the Reapers to a halt through conventional means.  It's not impossible to defeat an enemy with a supposed technological advantage, quite the contrary his tech can be your best friend.  But I'm way off topic... sorry.

Never. Even if every single good gun is nerfed, I will just use the N7 Eagle and GPR.

Even if the only other player left is RedJohn/theillusiveman11 and connecting to host gives me 1 second of ping, I will still play.
