To be fair, Bay did have you rip out my spine with a greataxe in the last one. Ended up looking pretty damn sweet. I'll still crush you with my bare hands, though. And rip out your optics.



On topic for reals, though, Fall of Cybertron, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, and Borderlands 2 will pretty much be the nails in the coffin for my ME3 MP days.

I played gears 2 horde mode for so damn long (even a bit beyond when gears3 was released). I love coop mp shooters and with the diversity in characters weapons and powers I'll prob be playing this until me4 is released.

The frequency at which BW gives new content is great and will help keep things fresh

New games. ME3 is responsible for ensuring I still haven't completed my Skyrim playthrough, but as soon as I complete ME2 again, then ME3 (again) with that character I may try a few other games. I have games I got for christmas I have not played yet, and I am getting the witcher 2 on sunday..

When the game becomes work and not fun.... that is when I split. Or there are a few games coming out that will at least temporarily force me to take the ME3 disk out of tray... They rhyme with shcmorderlands and stack mops II.

If the game had split screen co-op, I would play it until I die. But since it doesn't, when I can no longer find games to play, that will be the end of ME3 MP for me.

Not sure... probably when BW decides to move on and stop supporting ME3.

After the DLCs, the character classes are more diverse compared to anything else. A "pure" RPG, like Guild Wars or Diablo, just isn't as intense/exciting, while a pure shooter (L4D, Borderlands, etc.) doesn't have the character load/design depth.

It's amazing how significant ME3 MP has become.

Probably will cut down on playtime when Dawnguard comes out for PC. Reviews haven't been great, though. /shrug

This is free, it's quick (20-30 minutes tops per round) and it's still a lot of fun.  I'm used to the buff/nerf roller coaster, this one isn't even that bad, and the devs do a good job telling you what's happening.

I hope, if they ever decide to make an MMO out of ME, they don't turn it into button mashing like WoW or Rift.

I hope you still have to aim, and I hope we aren't inundated by powers.  I think if they hold the core gameplay, this could be a killer MMO.

I don't know, I've bought 5 games since me3 came out and only Max Payne has really drawn me out of the MP, that changed when resurgence came out so they are all collecting dust ATM. Probably when halo 4 comes out, only game I love more then mass effect.
