Doing my insanity run (infiltrator) and found an issue in London (Xbox360 version).

After the room with the ravager, marauders, and cannabals (Clear the room orders), I came down the ramp and jumped to the ground.  My squadmates stayed on the ramp.

I tried giving them move orders, attack orders, power orders, they didn't move.  I had to do the entire section until the room before the missile launches (The one where the brute comes through the wall) on my own.  It wasn't until I died entering this room and resumed that they reinitialized beside me.

Good news is that the rest went without a problem and I got my 100% acheivements
