i get Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage.

and I also get a message about timing out to server when I first load up a save

it has all my achievements, but no characters :S

I'm glad its not just me having these problems. It sucks that no one in the forums or with bioware has found a solution.

Are you getting this despite having a character uploaded or was this before he showed up?

I have error codes 1002-1003 (on the PS3) for one of my characters, and thus one of my character's image and portrait don't display. Everything else (gear, story, skills) shows up. Somewhat off topic, none of my specialization (i.e., assassin etc.) talents show up for any of my characters.

well I have the PS3 version and I'm getting the same error but its not uploading any of my stuff WTF?

Found that I am not the only one even now. I have Error Codes: 1004, 1002, 1003 but this only statrted when I got a new laptop on Windows 7. I now have all my old avatars but none of my new charactors. Has anyone found a fix ?

No. DA2 comes out tomorrow, I hope the stuff the story stuff you're supposed to hear about from DA:O is taken from your PC and not from the broken site.

They wrote that  they are working on it. Actually it should be working right now but their "repair teams" are late as usual.

I made my first char with the character creator a couple of days ago, which I'm currently using for my first DAO game.

I have Error 1004.

Ugh. My new Dwarven Noble is getting error 1003. I've unequipped and re-equipped my items and I've saved like the FAQ suggested. Still not working.
