Which weapons suit which characters?

I try and arm my NPCs in an "in-character" fashion. Excluding gameplay factors, which weapons do you think the characters would choose to carry?

I typically give Tali the Wraith shotgun, because it matches her alternate outfit perfectly.

I like to give the Phaeston and Raptor to Garrus, because they are Turian Weapons, James mostly uses large weapons such as the Claymore and EDI runs around with the Hornet and Talon because she was a Cerberus AI and lives in a synthetic body produced by Cerberus.
