Like the Tower of Dreams mod that I stumbled upon? I googled but couldn't find anything.
Does anyone know of any mods that add new locations/Quests?

There are also some projects here on BSN, but you have to dig for them in the Projects area. Some mods are on both sites, but there are some that are exclusive to one or the other. But the first place to try would be where Blazomancer recommended - that is a fantastic resource for mods for all things Dragon Age. (also recommended you make an account there, as they have a limit on the size of files you can download without one)

Nexus Mods is fantastic. Look over it; there's a LOT of great mods there. As for expandable content, there are quite a few. I made a save right before the Landsmeet on my last playthrough (by "last" I mean "most recent." Can't. Stop. Playing. Dragon Age!), and then after beating the game, reloaded this save (a lof of the mods require access to towns that are cut off after you beat the game) and began my "expanded universe" playthrough. It makes the game even better by giving it the feel of a classic pen & paper RPG, where you can just keep going and going forever, taking your character from one player-made campaign to the next.
My recommendations:
First and foremost, Dark Times: Act 1. This. Is. A. Masterpiece. Seriously, I would have paid for this. Adds a large new town, new dungeons, three fully recruitable new companions with their own quests, a ton of new quests, new armor and new weapons. It's got a FANTASTIC story - it's all about a Mage who thinks he's figured out a way to spare the Grey Wardens from the inevitable early death or derangement from the taint. All dialogue is fully voiced, and the actors do quality work. Whomever did the voice of The Lethe, in particular, has an AMAZING voice. The only downside is that it's part of a planned series, and there seems to be little hope of getting the rest of the series made; as at least one of the team is now an MMO addict. Everyone who's plade it still clammors for more, though.
And
Ancient Elven Ruins. While not at all as complex as Dark Times, this is a quality dungeon-crawl with fully voiced characters and quests.
Finally, I use Inverness Keep as my home base during my extended playthough. There's a few other personal castles out there that I've tried, and both had some nice stuff, but this one felt most complete, and there's even been interaction with a few othe rmods.
Poke around Nexus for more. I've got about half a dozen addons in my queue I'm waiting to play through.
