 Just as an FYI for those who tear their heads off while trying to forwarding ports left and right in order to play with their friends: There seems to be a problem with the client itself rather than NAT- or Firewall-settings.

Yesterday me and a friend plays together with no problems. We stop. Six hours later we start again, but noone can join the other persons game. We just get stuck at "Joining Game". During the six hours we have not touched any settings on our machines or networks.

However, my friend boots up his girlfriends comp and host a game there. It is plugged into the same router as my friends and have the same settings. And we both can join that game. He lets his GFs account leave the session and we can continue playing, starting new games as we please (wihin the same session).

.... so if you have this kind of trouble, try to get someone else to host for you before you turn your router upside down.
