Does anyone know if hardening Alistair changes anything if you are trying to romance him?

Would it effect my character becomming Queen in the end?

It mainly affects Alistair at the end, it makes him more willing to me king. He wants to be king. As for you becoming Queen, that depends on your Origin.

I hardened Leliana, and it didn't do much. When unlocking the cult of andraste (poisoning the ashes) I was able to intimidate her to not attack me. Then she was willing to engage in a threesome, and say she may be interested in doing a threesome with me and Zevran (another back save when I just messing around). Then in the end she wears leather armor instead of a chantry robe. I felt a bit sad, I wanted less maker maker maker, and more kill kill kill, but didn't get it.
