* On one of my characters I have an error 1005 (there are 5 files uploaded instead of 4)
* Tried deleted character, didn't work
* Character Manager says that I have 11 screenshots uploaded, but I don't see any in the screenshot manager
* New characters don't show up (because of the 1005 on one of my chars?)
I know these problems are rather common, but I don't see obvious solutions (I've searched the forums, but my time is limited.. I would rather play DA!)
If there are any ways to solve this I would be happy to read them or to read links to solutions!
And if there are solutions, why aren't they stickied?

The very first thread in this forum will answer some of your questions. There could be any number of reasons your characters are not showing up, neither of which is directly related to the 1005 error. The missing screenshots is a seemingly frequent occurence with no known solution.

I've read the thread. While it's nice to have a look into what is wrong, it offers no solutions to fix the 1005 error. I tried deleting my characters, but they still show up in the profile diagnostics.

There is no fix to the 1005 error. Unless you are approaching 100 files stored on the server, it doesn't matter that there are extras.
You can try the following: delete the character from this site, play with them ingame, make a hard save (not quicksave), and wait for character to reupload to the site. I have used this method on 3 of my characters who had that error. For two of them, the reuploaded character had the correct number of files. The other still has too many, and I've deleted and uploaded again multiple times. So: no 'fix', but something that does sometimes work.

Hmm, I think it sort of worked. Thanks. First characted is seriously borked, but the second looks okay now. Lets see if it gets updates.
