Which character you think is the better overall squadmate and seems like a better overall character?

Storywise Samara for Paragon Sheps, but I'd argue Morinth for Renegades. Remember that Samara tells you the code may obligate her to kill you when the mission is over if you make her do immoral things, and a Renegade Shep might think it's safer to get her out of the way. On the other hand Morinth might try to sex Shep to death whatever alignment s/he is so maybe Samara is the better bet either way. Gamewise it depends on whether you prefer Reave or Dominate, though if you choose Morinth once you can always take Dominate as your bonus power in the future. Works well when you want Collectors to shoot each other. Since my Sheps tend to be more Paragon I generally choose Samara.

Samara is the sensible choice for Paragon and Renegades. Choosing Morinth is for idiots.

Possibly.  However, a Renegade Shep might also be perfectly confident in their abilities, and reply to Samara's warning with a "you can try if you like, it's your funeral" shrug.

For a paragon the choice is obviously Samara.  A renegade could easily go either way.

How would Samara view the actions of Jack(serial felon and proud of it), Thane(ex-assassin), Kasumi(master thief), Miranda and Jacob(who are part of a terrorist organization), or Zaeed?

I'm curious if there are any ME3 consequences for choosing Morinth.

Choice consequences in ME3? Hahahahahahahaha. No, seriously, IIRC she turns up as a banshee if you save her in 2. If not you have to get rid of an un-named banshee in the same place. And of course choosing Morinth means killing Samara so you won't get her as a war asset in 3. So consequences, but one that really doesn't make any meaningful difference and one that changes things very slightly.

Gameplay-wise, the choice is just Dominate v Reave. That's the only difference between them.

RP-wise, there is absolutely no good reason to choose Morinth. Unless, I suppose, you want to RP that you were genuinely under her spell. I got the impression Bioware wanted us to see positive traits in her during our seduction of her (or is it hers of us?), but the bottom line is that she's a psychopathic killer. Jack's a loose cannon, but even she's not as stupid a squadmate to have on board as Morinth.

JohnZ117 makes an excellent point about Samara's suitability as a squadmate on your ship, but that doesn't mean Morinth isn't an even worse replacement.

I only chose Morinth once. On my screwing around playthrough.
I preferred Samara.

Sociopathic is a good word for Morinth.

Samara is the best choice storyline wise. Morinth if you want to play the I'm under her spell game. I would choose Samara for both Paragon and Regenade runs. Mornith for renegade only.

Samara is best choice story wise. But Morinth gives you a cool bonus power called Dominate, so you should try to save her once in one of your playthroughs.
But I always go for Samara now because of the events in ME3.
