   While playing the Promotion today, I noticed two changes to tactical cloak.

- Reviving a teammate cancels Tactical Cloak.
   If this is a bug, I think it needs to be fixed. If it's a balance change, I believe very strongly it needs to be changed back. The Cloak is supposed to be Tactical, it's not much use if using it to revive a teammate gets you killed.
Edit: I'm remembering wrong. I thought I used to revive two or three people in one cloak, but apparently not.

- Using Tactical Cloak cancels uploads.
   This didn't used to happen. If it's a bug, I think it needs to be fixed. If it's a "balance change", it needs to be changed back. No other class' signature power cancels uploads. No matter how "overpowered" infiltrators supposedly are, there's no sense in making their signature move a liability.
Edit: This is specific to the drone upload, not the Hack. I am concerned, however, that the Hack will be next.

Reviving teammates always broke cloak IIRC.

As for point 2 - never noticed that, but I've not used an infil this evening, so it could be new I guess.

TC only seems to fail uploading with the drone, as far as I can tell stationary uploads still work just fine.

As for point 2, you can not contribute to the upload if you are cloaked during the drone escort. But it will still count, even if cloaked during a stationary upload.
