Okay so I've been on vacation for the past week and couldn't download the Earth DLC when it came out.  Now I'm home and want to get it but every time I try to download it I keep getting one of these two messages:

"General Error: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

"Purchase Error: Purchase not allowed for United States"

I'm also posting using a friend's account to post this because the bioware forum says my account is to new for me to post even though I've had my account for ages.

On a somewhat similar note, I can't tell whether the blasted thing is even installed, the origin patcher says the game is up to date, but the new maps are not showing up in the "create new match" screen.

OP here

I've gotten the download to work now. I guess there was just a hiccup somewhere along the line. Thanks to DragonflySerena for letting me hijack her account for a bit.
