I have now played atleast 6 gold missions in a row, and every time right as the extraction ends, my game freezes, i shut my xbox off and come back on and i am never awarded my credits ever, im seriously pissed off becuase i have now wasted about 3 hours and i havent gotten a single credit for the work I have done, either fix your game from freezing or atleast award us our credits when we earn them in game instead of awarding them to you once the game is finished, because now every time my game freezes i am given no credits.

I too am having similar problems. I started playing today knowing that I was about 5k away from a premium spec pack. I played a silver match expecting to have more then enough but when the match was over I somehow only had a total of 39K. I'm not sure what happened but we had a full extraction and I had the highest score on the team... not sure what the problem is? This used to happen to me all the time when the game was new but it seems that EA servers will always be on the fritz in some way. I often have connection issues, hosts always disconnect even when they're doing well. Since the last patch I've noticed all kinds of weird glitches and lag. I have a pretty good broadband connection and don't have these many problems online when playing my other games. Sometimes I wonder what the point is of paying for Xbox Live when Microsoft wont ensure that developer servers are operating within acceptable perimeters. Mass effect 3 has been out for about a year now and it seems that their server issues have persisted from day one to this day. I think might contact Microsoft about this and inquire about what measures they take to ensure crappy server performance isn't a burden on us the client. Is server performance being monitored and what steps they are willing to take in order to keep my money come renewal time? I used to feel the PSN was a bit sketchy when playing online but I never really had an experience to back that up... just a stigma that came with a free service. With the experiences I've been having on a platform with paid service I'm starting to question what I'm really getting. I think I also tell MS that I don't appreciate advertising unrelated to gaming or entertainment while I'm paying for Gold tier service. My buddy says they make a killing when Mazda or Axe post their ads all over Live but I shouldn't be subsidizing this MS cash grab and frankly I would rather the content be all gaming/movies/music. Anyway... getting off topic but it relates.

I do understand were your coming from, and I agree, its ridiculous that i have to sit here in a game that I have paid money for and to not receive my credits after putting 30 minutes of my time into it.
