... But lean a little bit closer, see that Shepard's eyes have turned blue-oo-oo...

Yea, Indoctrination makes your eyes go blue-oo-oo.

Not only that, but there's also a ring that intersects those 3 dots. Renegade Shep doesn't have them.

So yes it was just coincidence that TIM´s eyes - i mean - implants start glowing after the contact with Reaper tech..

Please check out this link and compare those eyes to the ones you see above. An explanation (that's good) as to how they change to match TIM's would be very helpful.

The Collector's Edition guidebook has an article on how they pay very close attention to the characters' eye movements for every scene. Its called 'The Eyes Have It'.

Which Shepard suddenly develops in synthesis? Why would the melty beam pause to implant new eyes before taking them out again through melting?

Then under that logic, how come the Indoc eyes suddenly come when he jumps into the beam, a lot of people have been indoctranated and don't have "Indoc" eyes.

Actually no, TIM had his eyes like that since ME2, and that before he implanted himself with Reaper tech.

Are you serious? We're taking a very little showing of the implant eyes and defining it as "Complete"

There's no such thing as "indoctrinated eyes".

There are natural eyes.

There are artificial eyes.

There are indoctrinated people.

There are non-indoctrinated people.

Most (but not all) of the people we know to be indoctrinated had artificial eyes.

Husks get artificial eyes. And artificial limbs. And artificial navels. And artificial lips. They do not get "indoctrinated" eyes, limbs, navels or lips.

EDI has artificial everything.

Taken.

You still haven't explained how Shepard suddenly has those artificial eyes while jumping into the beam.

If I was walking down the street and a blokes arm suddenly turned artificial I'd think "That's weird", not "Loads of people have artificial arms.
