It's synthetic eyes... and same can be said about Illusive Man eyes. They look similiar but clearly not the same.

They are not different. Probably it would be more evident in comparison.




As you can see, red glowing is still present in the same areas as before. And blue areas were probably covered by normal eye.

As I said before, it is possible the blue was under the red all along, I just still think it's odd.

and clearly not every case of indoctrination makes you have "blue" eyes...Dr. Kenson did not have blue eyes but very brown eyes...sure her eyes turned white when the reaper device showed shep that the reapers were coming...IT is a ****ty pipe dream for people who do not want to accept the endings we have gotten...ITers = delusional sociopaths...

Shep's artificial eyes also looked funky when getting connected to Project Overlord, or the prothean terminals on Eden Prime during Javik's recruitment. They just do that. You may find that strange, but it is not a piece of evidence for the IT.

1. Learn what a sociopath is.
2. Don't use words when you don't know the correct meaning.

Think what you will about each choice, but there is one indisputable fact about the ending. Those responsible for that horrendous ending couldn't come up w/ IT on their best day. It's speculation and rationalization to a degree we rarely witness. In fact it's quite an impressive feat as the theory stacks up there w/ Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, the Telephone company killed JFK, and so on. It's fascinating, but it's nonsense.
