Something needs to go along with them, because they feel like a wasted slot. Yes we unlock appearance, but how about maybe some credits back, or maybe an extra consumable tied to them.
Can we get a little bit more out of those repeat character cards?

You only get Uncommon/Rare cards if you haven't maxed them already... then you don't get them anymore. And they give EXP (quite a lot), but I guessing you never have characters under level 20.

yup. I dont see the point of promoting outside of trying out new talent setups. N7 rank is pretty meaningless once you get into the 400's imo.

I know feeling about same character card coming over and over again =( some reason I have got only common human characters that are all maxed out already...from Spec and Premium Spec pack. So annoing and waaste of lot's of credits!
