Okay, so as I've seen on this forum and elsewhere, this has happened to many people... I just bought a retail copy of Dragon Age and get home and open it and all that's inside is the Warhamer card and the instruction manual. No, the DLC card did not fall out nor did I throw it away - from what I know it's the same size as the manual and I would've seen it. Yes, the back of the retail box says there is free DLC included. Anyone know what to do about this?! I have sent an email to customer service but there's like three customer service links (one on EA, one here, and one on Bioware it seems) and I haven't gotten a reply yet. I'm pretty sure the store I bought it from (a Fred Meyer in Portland, OR) will not have copies of this card laying around, and they don't accept returns or exchanges on opened software.

Anyone else have this issue and resolved it? Whatcha do?!
