You can hotkey their powers by holding down the power button and pressing right or lett key (on console) on pc I'm pretty sure you can drag the power from the power wheel down to the squadmates and change it that way

Ah...I found out. The default power is always the "innermost" power on the power bar. You just need to switch places.Yrian96 wrote...
