A grenade capable of snapfreezing unprotected targets, weakening armor and slowing enemies...

Rank 4  Damage Rank 5 Grenade Capacity Rank 6 Freeze Non-armored Protected Targets

Radius            5 Damage                          Weaken Armor by 40%, Damage to Chilled and Frozen Targets 10%

Or something along those lines...probably a new alien class will have them...

It would nice. Barring the Paladin's shield, no other power can snap freeze phantoms. Freezing protected enemies would be cool.

yep and before long people will be like:
OMG NEW BETTER ARC GRENADES NERF NERF NERF.
Sorry for being obnoxious but that will probably happen.
Otherwise, I like the idea.

Well, within the blast radius, yes.

I want to see warp grenades. Like arc grenades, but biotic.

Cryo grenades would be cool as well though, grenades are one of the more fun powers in this game as they actually do significant damage on higher difficulties, unlike a lot of other powers.

if they cant ignore shields people will not nerf cry on them.

even if they do damage it would probably be kind of weak, based on biowares track record on such things.

technically even arc grenades are kind of weak in terms of base damage, but they have a huge innate shield/barrier damage multiplyier that makes them so wonderful. and the Male Quarian ones have HUGE radius.

Both Medigel and Cryo Grenades would be a welcome addition. The Medigel 'nades would have to be one-time equipment; like the missile (or would that create a Medigel 'nade glitch?) for obvious reasons. Having to choose: Missiles or Medigel 'nades, would make things a bit mote interesting.

I'm kinda shocked they're not in-game already. It would provide a good deal of CC to classes that generally lack it (Soldiers, or other "heavies.") Maybe it won't have TOO much power, but a nice explosive radius instead. Nothing like a big boom freezing the crap outta things.

I would like to see a choice of Equipment between that Missile Launcher and just about anything else.  A Point-Defense turret like Cerberus Engineers?  Portible Cover?  Healing Pylon?  All good ideas.

Yeah but bombing a spawn with a potential 8-9 grenades that cast one of the best debuff powers in the game has got to bring out some nerfers.
Not saying that i am one, for I support this idea fully.

Make them basically a grenade version of Snap Freeze: deals middling damage, yet can chill/freeze several targets at once. Would be a very cool power to have.

I'd like them as well. But I guess that would also introduce Phantoms with sunglasses.

There isn´t much more left to be "grenadified".
Cryo Nades would be nice, also some smoke nades or acid nades that leaf a aoe spot like ravager goo. Not so sure if flashbang would make fun for other players lol

A medic class with medi-gel grenades (immediately heals teammates/revives them), a power to heal teammates, and a power like ED would be awesome.

Cryo grenades are cool too.

I was thinking about this the other day. The paladin should have had it instead of incinerate imo...

Also, i was thinking about a rank 6 evolution that would snare shielded enemies in place. They can still shoot, but they would be stuck in place. Obviously would not work on armored targets like brutes/banshees. Maybe it could work on pyros by freezing their flamethrower, making them unable to fire for a short duration?
