This is still an issue? I haven't touched Dragon Age since before Christmas, and have no intentions to do so until this issue is solved. Any word if a patch is in the works?

Same bug encountered here, and I sided with Lord Harrowmont only. Plus the first time I entered the dust area, I encountered a boy who gave me a bone finger, but this has vanished from my inventory!!!

I want to get "The Prince's First Task" out of my journal! I was hoping Bioware would fix this

Please bioware fix this problem, back in december I got to this glitch and I have been waiting and waiting for a fix!

What is the hold up? First the constant freezing and now this? I didn't realize when i bought this game that i'd become a tester for BioWare. Don't think im gonna play nemore games from these guys if they don't move a little faster with fixing game breaking bugs. When did this game get released again?

But i didn't work with both side, i choosed to help the dwarf prince and so i did.

Didn't proceed helping the lord (cause i didnt find in the arena as his champion).



I killed the thug .. but in the prime strategy guide for Dragon age origins, it said:



"You enter the Slums Household here and get ambushed by some of Jarvia’s men: a ranked thug leader and six thugs. When the leader gets low on health, he will surrender, and you can attempt to intimidate or persuade him into telling you how to get to Jarvia’s base. If you don’t succeed, he will attack again and when you finish him off, he has the finger bone token on his body."



but he never pleed for mercy, i think i killed him to fast? =(

 I have not played this game in over a year and the Orzammar bug is STILL there no update, no nothing no way to quest past, no npc to accept accomplished quests. FIX THIS ALREADY faith in bioware has completely diminished until this is fixed.  I will never buy another game by them.

Get it through your thick skulls guys they are through with this game and Fixing its problem. If you are totally unaware they have dragon age 2 in a couple day. Why would they fix something on this game.

Stop whining about bugs. If you are having trouble that sucks but move on then stop getting mad about Bioware for being more Focused on the New game then this old one.

1.9 million have downloaded Dragon Age 2 Demo, I sure they can miss one of two complaining customer.
