Hello!

I bought the Dragon Age Origins for a couple of years ago and used the redeem codes which was following the disc.
After I finished the game I bought The Witch Hunt DLC and started playing. Lack of time and school made me forget about the game and I re-installed the whole computer and later on switch computer.

Today I found my DAO discs again and installed it on my brand new computer. I still have the same email as I did when I bought The WitchHunt dlc, but somehow I cant download it even though I have paid for it (it was a long time though). Nothing pops up when I start the game and sign into my account either.

Is it impossible to get all the contents you had when you switch computers?

No, your content should be tied to your account, and will follow you when you install on a new machine.  Try one of these two things, which may fix the issue:

1) Make sure your password only contains numbers and letters-- characters other than numbers and letters can cause an error which keeps DLC invalidated.  This wasn't as much of a problem years ago when the game launched, but now, we're all trained to include special characters in passwords (especially if you are on a network at work).  So, no special characters.

2) Install Patch 1.05, which you can access by going to the top this page and selecting Games > Dragon Age Origins > Game Patches.  Patch 1.05 fixes most DLC-related issues.  Once the patch is installed, launch the game and got to the Downloadable Contents section.  Witch Hunt should begin to download.

If neither of those help, please reply back with your computer specs and OS information, and we can troubleshoot some more.
