Since everyone hates the store - and we all know Bioware won't do anything to 'fix' it because it's how they get $$$ for making all that yummy DLC - the 'fix' has to be something that does not endanger biowares profits, and it should also be something that respects all the effort and real world cash people have invested to date. (i.e. you shouldnt get guaranteed UR's)

How about something simple - it requries effort from you, and does not put bioware out to much.

Make it so you can earn interest on your credits.  If you have the willpower to not spend them ever match - you get a little something back.  It requires willpower, and a somewhat tactical approach to using your rewards.

I'm not talking an insane interest rate here either - bioware still needs $$$ so we keep getting DLC.
