The initial illium scene only loads when I first land on illium, but it doesn't load anymore once i revisit the planet on my 360. Is there a solution? Also, sometimes the character dialogs cut off before they finish their lines. Any help will be appreciate.

What are you expecting specifically? Cut scenes in general only play once in games in general, so I'm not sure what problem you are alluding to. Are you expecting the Asari to greet you every time you visit Illium? That doesn't happen.
There's a dialogue thread around here somewhere, so I would suggest you check that out to see if there are any answers to what you're referring to. (Personally it's just one of those things I shrug and move on from as it can be glitchy at times.)

Generally, every time you visite a world where you can reland, like Omega, cut scenes of the Normandy entering the planet play over and over, but on illium, they play only the first time the ship enters the planet.

Thats because its long arse and Bioware knew most would skip it. I actually hate you have to watch the leaving Illium scene every time.
