So one thing that I've noticed among all the Combos and powers is this: Out of all the "Combo Explosions" only Cryo Explosions spreads a debuff. Tech Bursts & Fire/Biotic Explosions all do great damage when detonated, but Cryo only does a little damage (relatively) and freezes/chills those close enough to be effected by it. My question is, does the freeze/chill effect carry over any debuff from the power that put them there (Cryo Ammo/Cryo Blast/Snap Freeze) or does is just frost them over?

far as I know it just chills and a chance to freeze the targets around him

The combo is separate from the power that detonated it, so it doesn't take any debuffs from it.

I think an exploding Stasis(bubble) has a chance to put nearby targets in stasis as well. Not sure though.
