 i lost all my charcters  mods gear  equipment  i  lost contection in the  store   logged back on and all i had were lvl 1 of  the human only charcters  wtf  if i dont see my  charcters   back  and all my   gear and items  back thenyou'll be hearing from me  bioware ea  for failing at  keeping your product safe

this thing happens for us ps3 users. my solution was to restart the ps3 a few times until it was okay. sometimes i had to eject the disc, restart, then its ok.
