I was looking at the codex in Awakening and under Conner's entry it says that Isolde sacrificed herself to save her son... This didn't happen, I went to the Circle and had the mages send Jowan in without blood magic. I'm quite confused as to why it says this, Arl Eamon commented about how he was grateful that I saved both of them just twenty minutes prior to me looking into the codex and seeing this.

It is a known bug.
