getting a error that says failed to authenticate the disk. please insert correct disk and try again. reinstalled 4 times 2 with different dvd(returned it and got a different copy). have talked to ea through there chat service. never had this type of problems with a game. game is registered to. certainly isnt a bg2 precessor with being completely unplayable some help would nice if not guess time to get money back.

Something else you can try, is to download the Digital Version from EAdownload Manager, using your CD key.
