 So I decided to play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer today to continue participating in Operation Overwatch and after several attempts at connecting to the EA servers I finally got into multiplayer and I load it up and it’s glitched:

• It has taken away ALL my equipment. All my ammo, armor, weapon, and gear upgrades.
• I can’t access the store.
• It’s locked the N7 Piranha which I unlocked yesterday.
• It’s unlocked all the Rebellion DLC characters that I haven’t unlocked yet (the Project Phoenix Biotics and the Vorcha), but all the customization options for these characters are locked (even the base options of primary color and highlight color - this happened to both my Male Quarians which I've already unlocked as well).

I've tried restarting three times and clearing my cache but it's still glitched.

Help?

The problem seems to have corrected itself now. Everything is back.

How long did it take to correct itself? Im suffering the same issue at the moment

About an hour for me (from the time that I notice it happen to the time it fixed itself).

It's actually just happened to me again today, currently waiting to see when it'll fix itself. I noticed it 40 minutes ago and I'm going to wait about an hour before I check if it's fixed again. =/

So it's been over three hours since my stuff glitched again and it still hasn't fixed itself. I've given up for the night and I'll try again tomorrow. =(

same but a little different problem happen to me. still doesn't work.

In my case, all Earth DLC characters are locked(already unlocked all and even used demolisher yesterday), store show no items, all N7 and earth dlc pack weapons disappeared from weapon list(and Indra too), 4 equipment slots are grayed out(can't click).

Checked this afternoon and everything corrected itself. Still annoying that I got glitched twice in one week.

all multiplayer data is stored on the servers not the game. if servers are having probles like they always do, problems will happen. but you wont permanently lose all your stuff unless you get banned.

pretty much the same thing here for last two days now
since im not the only one i guess its a server problem
or is there a fix
