Some friend recommend Masseffect 3 to me which i never played this type of game before He suggested that i will like it so i bought this game and indeed i do love the game,However there's one thing that ******'s me off (excuse the language) its the Program which is Required to run Masseffect called (Origin from EA),This Program is a Cancer its worse then "AIDS" in my Opinion it disconnects you in the middle of a game you lose points/credits the list goes on.

I myself must have lost 600,000 Credits and xp 900,000 something like this maybe  more or less.I used to play BF3 which i quit that game over EA/DICE and  their politics in running that game.

I wish to Continue in having a customer relationship with BIO-WARE the only way this will happen is if you  Terminate your relationship with Origin,Or let the player choose which they can use STEAM OR Origin..

Me i would Delete Origin and use Steam.

Do you agree with me? Whats your Opinion on this matter are you sick of playing then losing Credits if so type away!!!!!!!!!

you know whats worst than Origin Client? Origin's LIVE CHAT operators. What they do ALL DAY is copy and paste scripted instructions of game problems. Ask them anything else and they'll just ask you to follow the instruction. And whats even best, at the end of the day, you did'nt solve your problem and your pc is messed up, thanks to their "sacred instructions."

Good job EA.

I can just imagine this.

Origin help guy: Do this, this and this
You: ok
Origin help guy: Have you done it yet?
You: Yes, I've just finished

The Origin guy then can't type a response as he's laughing too hard at how messed up your computer will be. He does this because he's stuck in a dull job and looking for entertainment.

I'm joking. They've actually helped me a lot in the past.

Keyword being "in the past". After consulting with live chat 8 times for 1 problem, its so clear their help is just scripted. typing or copy and papste from a manual somewhere.

Well, if your problem is specific to a certain game then you can't expect every customer help person to be familiar with every game. That said, a better system might be where they have different people trained with knowledge about different games. That way someone with a Mass Effect 3 problem can be passed over to a ME3-specialist.

Anyway, if you have a problem and they can't help, why don't you post it on these forums?
