 So awhile ago when i first joined up on this forum i reported a glitch where my game would freeze on the Normandy loading screen after leaving Earth which would lead to a hard reset. So after about 3 or 4 months of not going anywhere near the game i decided to give it another shot and to my surprise the glitch failed. I was able to successfully land on Mars and start my insanity run and actually enjoy to game again. 

So after about a week of playing and completing the Priority Citadel mission i attempted to play online again for the weekend event and the multiplayer ran some what smooth but nothing game breaking. So i played a match today and after it was over i tried going into the store to buy a premium pack with the credits i earned and then the game froze all of a sudden. I did the hard reset and sure enough when i went back to check all of my states, they where set back to zero.

Now i have a question where if i continue from my point in the game right now (which is the help Jacob mission) would i be able to get my insanity complete trophy or do i have to start all over? Because I have a save from when i first landed on Mars and when i tried to load it up the game started freezing again and now i can't make it past the little computer loading screen.

This is seriously a major disappointed and i was actually thinking that Bioware started to listen to its PS3 community but i guess i was wrong. Anyway thanks for reading my rant about my ME3 experience and if anyone have any advice or ideas that can help i would really appreciate it

When you say stats, what exactly do you mean? Like your manifest, or your list of accomplishments such as how many times you stripped shields with overload? I'm not sure what would cause that, but if your game file storing your info wasn't deleted or corrupted it shouldn't be resetting the stats at all.

As for the trophy progress, I would ask someone on live support, but I'm guessing that your game save should have some record of play history attached to it? Sorry I don't have any solid facts for you, but I figured at least having someone respond to your post would be better then feeling ignored.

what i meant was just like what you said, like the kill 5,000 enemies stats are set back to zero, all of the progress i have made towards those type of trophies altogether are set back to zero

But either way thanks for a reply
