sometimes in vancouver the glyph escort mission when moving down the far large ramp on the far side, glyph tends to glitch in the wall... which stops all movement and fails the mission

He can fall through the map also. I've had it happen on Hydra, Giant, Vancouver, and London. It makes the objective impossible to complete.
