I can't see to get it, there is none clickable, you found this by using in "Tab" while in Irving office in mage Tower (Not in during Mage origo", It's during get allies to support Grey Warden.

There are multiple scraps of paper in the mage tower, some are in books, some are on corpses, some are on little spots of ash on the floor... you really need to be a tad more specific as to which scrap you are looking for....

Try moving your character to different positions and then move your cursor around slowly going above and below where the tab says it is. Some of them just are a pain to get the click symbol.

I have also found this with some traps, at least this is what I think he is talking about. You can see the object there in front of you,and in my case its a trap, but you can't click on it no matter where you move to. Its in the Kocari wilds right where you fight your first emissary he appears on the wooden bridge and if you are not quick enough to kill him he runs and drags your party through his ambush. The trap in question is the one closest to the bridge its almost touching it in fact I think the bridge somehow makes it unclickable. I am playing the PC version so I am not sure if this is the case for the consoles.

I thought OP was looking for a scrap of paper, not found it and can't get it. haven't expereinced those particular glitches myself, the 360 has its own unique ones.

Ok, I get it, You have to be in "Top of party View on party's head to order to get click symbol. You can't do it in "normal view where you see party head to toe. in 3rd party view.

Yeah. It's a bloody irritating trick to get that one, for some reason. I spent several minutes just moving the cursor back and forth 'til it just lit up JUST SO.
