 I suggest Bioware to award a token for every extraction, motivating players to complete the missions and not drop dead after wave 10 objective
Once a player get a set amount of tokens (50 for Platinum, 100 for Gold, 150 for Silver, 200 for Bronze for example) they are awarded with an Ultra Rare weapon
The system could even reward 4 tokens for Platinum, 3 for Gold, 2 for Silver and 1 for Bronze and award the Ultra Rare when player reaches 200 tokens

Just like a perpetual Operation

Your thoughts?

I know it's a lot of matches and people would prefer additional credits, but credits go into packs where you have no warrant to get an Ultra Rare.
I for one would prefer to work hard for a sure reward than going through a lottery

I mean, I'm the first that stops using Cobras or medigel after getting my hands on the money (perhaps I hope the matches finishes soon since people can get disconnected anytime), I don't suicide (did it once actually when my 3 mates where dead during the cap the 4 thingies objective) but extraction is just an optional

Yes and no, will use Gold as average example; you still receive your 70.000 average credits after a Gold, 100 tokens would mean 100 extractions = 7.000.000 credits = 70 Premium Specter Packs

Platinum
50 Tokens/matches = 6.500.000 credits = 65 Premium Specter Packs

Silver
150 Tokens/matches = 4.500.000 credits = 45 Premium Specter Packs 

Bronze
200 Tokens/matches = 3.000.000 credits = 30 Premium Specter Packs 

If you always extract...

You will still buy stuff and with the supposed Ultra Rare drop rate in the same time you can get from 2 to 9 Ultra Rares thrugh your packs

This is an incentive system basically, with a granted reward everyne wants

I approve of this. Because right now, we don't have a reason to not drop dead after wave 10 objectives.

Good idea. I also like the scope of games to play that you are suggesting. This way it won't be raining URs yet you still get some progress that ain't based on an RNG entirely.

So if you get one guaranteed UR per 50 platinum extractions (~6 000 000 credits), that would eat into pack sales?

I thought about this system too and it's unfair because it penalizes good players

The number is too high, how about the more you collect the higher the chance for UR items. Of course it requires a cap, and you should lose your stacks for a failed mission.

That's a little harsh, I think. Why should my credits suffer if some nooblet makes out with a banshee on wave 11? Or even if someone just misses the circle on accident, or crouches in Firebase Jade, or whatever. I did not just spend 30 minutes of my life for some jerk to mess up my full extraction, and thereby cost half my credit haul. :(

I do really like a token system, though! (the RNG has been good to me, but I'd still love a Jav III) :D

I just made a numeric example to make things pretty understandable, number of tokens might be even 25 Platinum, the number is up to Bioware to eventually decide

The system you suggest would create trouble because people will start to complain "I have 500 tokens, I should find an Ultra Rare every pack!!! GRRR Bioware you cheat"

With the system I propose you fill your counter and you're surely rewarded

It takes time but it's an additional reward for those willing to put some more patience and time in the game to complete extraction

Problem with this is that if bonus is improved with difficulty, you're not doing anything but encouraging FBWGG and FBWGP. Anyone with thumbs can extract on a farming match; you'd just be making what they do more efficient.
