You remind me of a kid that I use to be in the same swimming team with. He was a bit backward so he got bullied a lot (not by me, although I should have probably spoken up more for the poor kid). Once he really lost it and started yelling in the dressing room: "I will learn karate. I will learn to contencrate (sic.) and deal with you all." I have no other memories about him. Hope he is doing all right...

I just thought I would share.

Just... why not considering extraction like any mission and reward with money ?

Problem solved and no need to change the game mechanics by adding an other reward than xp and credits !

+1, and the varients of the idea expressed are good too =) It's frustrating to have my team give up and give in... I wouldn't mind a little encouragement. Although, for a full extraction I think more reward should be given.

This is a really good idea...extraction would be a means of knowing you will get something. Likely a LOT of extractions should be required if it is for ultra rare. But yes, this would probably do the job.

3 Silver = 1 Platinum

Slightly OT

There are probably some of you who think it is still too long of a grind.The purpose of such suggestions is not to give you a quick and easy way to get URs.

Also,you have to take things into perspective.By giving you a GUARANTEED method of obtaining a UR,there has to be a trade off.A long grind is appropriate.If you don't have the time or skill to play,your share of the reward should be lesser too.You reap what you sow.It is fair and most people will agree,

If you don't find that agreeable,the least you can do is not complain about PSP/SPs not giving you URs on a regular basis because the RNG actually presents the most favourable chance for you to get a UR quickly as compared to OP's suggestion.For OP's suggestion,there is a known and set number you have to achieve to get the UR.Packs being RNG can either award you a UR in short order or never give you one in a long time.If you cannot stand the grind of what OP is suggesting,you are better off "gambling" on packs instead.

Good idea, but I don't think people would try to get something that is so far like 200 tokens, it should be less, or at least give one extra token for the entire team is it was a full extraction.

I really hope Bioware look at it.

I like the token/medal idea.

However, any change that means the loss of credits will affect lesser ranked players far harder than it will higher ranks that already have credits, weapons and gear. You'd be punishing them for something that only really happens on Wave 10 of Platinum by players who already have what they need. So I'm totally against that, everyone deserves a fair shake.

LOL, maybe if you CC nerfing level 20s would promote you'd find a reason to get full extraction. Great Idea, but I'd rather have my CCs back instead. You don't deserve anything besides the satisfaction you didn't fail a mission with full extraction.

I had this idea from some days, but not being English I was scared to get the concept out in the wrong way 

For other question
A token converter fr different difficulties is an easy feat
I pulled a number out of my back, the important is let Bioware know that this idea would be well received, then it's up to them to decide how many token you have to get to reach an unlock

Why promote... are you serious, you are playing 8/11 waves for no reason if you don't. Hmm what else, oh yea, the CCs you used to get that were ~500K XP were useless when you didn't promote. Getting full extraction is useless if you don't promote. PLAYING THE GAME ON ANYTHING BESIDES A SPEEDRUN EVERY TIME IS USELESS IF YOU DON"T PROMOTE. Because if you don't promote, you are only playing for credits.

The whole point of getting full extraction- killstreaks- CCs- Awards was bonus XP. Why some of you people decided that XP was a waste of time is beside me. "No reason to promote, N7 Doesn't matter" goes out the window when you notice people dyckriding you everytime you enter a pub lobby with almost 10xs the added total of the entire room. You get respect(or just some good dyckridin)!
