no. i'm sorry but this has all been explained, there is no consiracy, people, it was explained and its quite simple. Leviathans see folks wiping eachother out, they are saddened, they build a computer and say 'hey computer can you think of a way to stop folks totally wiping each other out?' and now the computer isn't a sentient ai, its just a emotionless problem solver, it doesn't get stuff like 'life' and love and friendship so in its purely logical way it comes up with the ultimate solution. Preserve their genetic material and the can never go extinct.

and thats it, thats all there is to it, no deeper meaning, no shady reasoning, no vast conspiricy, it was all explained.

It was pre-Leviathan conspiration theory, otherwise another interesting one came from one guy which was talking about Synthesis as a tool for connection betwen the all species created by an intelligence to gave Leviathans ultimate control ability over everything and everyone...

Do you think that all those victims would like to kill whole civilizations only because they were uplifted ? None would...
Reapers do it only because they can - it´s very questionable what was realy preserved from that former victims - most probably just a genetic code, but if they kept the minds of their victims they would probably start shooting each other.

I actually loved the idea that no matter whose neural and genetic data was uploaded into a Reaper, when all these billions of minds came together they all reached the same conclusion that all organic life must be harvested.

It was a terrifying thought, and really did make the Reapers seem incomprehensible. They lost a lot of that with Star-Jar.
