Apparently one (or more) of the sela petrae discoveries in the sewer did not function (PC) - now they are all gone and Anders says we still need the sela petrae?
Any suggestions other than a reload from before we entered sewers?

I think a reload may work, or try to complete the Drakestone part of the quest. If that doesn't work, just go back to Anders' clinic and see if the game lets you proceed with the next part. I've had some glitches in parts of the game, namely the game doesn't recognize that I completed the Chantry visit with Anders, but when I went back to his clinic, it just went on with the plot.

Completing the drakestone didn't help Anders still claimed he needed the sela and going back through the sewers didn't help either - until you complete both he doesn't tell you there's one more thing so you can't move the quest along - I did go back and reload and was more careful identifying the ingredients this time around and got it to move on as it should.
I think the first time I might have been too quick to click on one of the sela and we were attacked in the middle of my action so the sela was gone but Anders had not commented on it so it did not show as being picked up.
