[DNC Protoman]

I will once again point out that I wil take the side of whatever is best for the game. when I was against nerfs it was when they were not needed. Now that this out of control broken gun is out, I am speaking agianst it.

I am neither pure pro nor pure anti nerf. I take the side of what is right.

It's not the weapon that's overpowered it's the class. It's only overpowered when you spec out a class for 80+% extra weapon damage, and 25+% accuracy bonus, and Debuffing bonuses. Then you add in Armor Piercing Ammo, and the rest of your high powered consumables. Yeah any gun will be overpowered when you do that. I have used the Katana with that Geth Infiltrator class completely spec'd out as you would the Piranha, and it was just as deadly.

Use the Piranha without any attachments and on a class that doesn't buff the damage or accuracy of the gun and see how well you do. Guarantee you will be having trouble killing standard enemies let alone bosses.

LOL at the Katana being as good as the Piranha,  This is the best weapon on all the classes.  All the lies and delusions in the world won't change that.

Come next tues.....It's done.  It'll be fixed.

exactly. its useless as the only wepon unless you play upclose. its no different then the reegar in my opinion. strong fast firing guns with good damage but only upclose

Fixed it, as long as they are two opposing factions, it will only end with "my arguments are valable, yours are wrong", no matter how wrong any side can be.

So all this thread is the perfect example of an useless fight, because totally biased by personal opinions.

Im tired of balancing. Just give us all one character with the same gun if you want balance. Balance kills variety and nothing in life is balanced, so neither should video games. Their will always be similar "things", in this case guns, that outperform other things or guns. Once people figure that out of course they will use them. I persoanlly didnt care if I played a gold match with four infiltrators all using the Kyrsae. Just as I dont care if I play with four Devastaters using typhons and piranhas while spamming grenades.  Bioware needs to take a laissez-faire approach and just leave stuff alone.

Till i see average players pick this gun up in my gold pugs and dominate I will be concerned it is op. But as long as I keep seeing them take dirt naps and I have to revive them constantly. Yeh, im not gona buy into the nerf demand just yet.

So far all I have seen with this gun is in the hands of a Destroyer or GI with decked out mods it is really strong. But what the heck is not awesome in the hands of those two?

Perhaps what is best for the overall gaming experience is less people that AFK (or used to because you cant anymore) not being able to play public games which you Protoman are known for. I speak from experience as I went through on 2 seperate occassions which you did that.

We have simular views on the subject. it is in my best interest to provide evidence he is not trolling to advocate the thread as serious. i seriously do not believe he a troll.
