Please. If I have a gun, say the Revenant, and I'm trying to hit an Atlas, and I hit a Trooper instead, you can't say "Man, that gun has amazing accuracy" seriously.

I asked a very relevant question, and you are now attempting to deflect said question with more trolling.  All of your examples involve someone standing and shooting all 8 shots at an Atlas from mid-range.  I'm asking you - how do you accomplish this?

I never claimed you could fire eight shots with the wepon, reload, and fire eight more without cover. Also, i don't see anybody who did. You are speaking in hyperbole and then tried to acccuse me of it. And, i dont know, maybe, like, the atlas is not focusing on me 100% of the time? 

It's implied by your examples.  Standing and firing 8 shots and then reload cancelling.  What good does reload cancelling do if you aren't following up immediately with more shots.

And if you're talking about a distracted Atlas, he must be the last enemy left, since there are no other enemies firing at you.  I agree with you that the Piranha is OP against the last enemy standing that is firing at your teammate and not you.

You can not use "Well, somebody might take the extra pellets." as a valid argument. Is someone always going to be there to get hit by the other pellets? Of course not.

Because on higher difficulties small troopers stand alone more often than not.

If you don't spawn camp, it's actually pretty rare to find two enemies standing close enough together/in a straight line to make use of the lost damage. Once in a while you'll have an assault trooper running in front of an Atlas, or a Guardian wall. Most of the enemies stand pretty far apart unless brought down a small hallway.
