Negative.  The Piranha is a huge problem.  It's too effective.  I've seen the arguments to buff things up to it's level-even more insane.  It must be balanced before it causes massive nerfs to classes or an insane power creep that will cause enemies to be massively buffed.

No, I'm not. Ever since this whole "PIRANHA IZ OP!!!!1" stuff, I thought they should roll back their DMG buff. Also, there have been a few things in Balance ALL the Things that convinced me that a small RoF buff would be neccesary too.

as long as the DPS is over 1k or @ 1k and maintains the weapons weight it will still be good in my eyes.

There's a difference between what I want and what you do. You want it to join the Falcon, Krysae, and Typhoon (The three weapons that took MAJOR hits), whereas I want it to be like the Reegar and Harrier (Slight changes)

People are pretty naive to think that Bioware doesn't intentionally release some OP material in DLCs to get more people paying real money to buy packs.

once again, empirically, they won't nerf it.

they haven't nerfed any of the other OP shotguns in the game, and i don't expect them to nerf the piranha either.

typhoon didnt take a major hit.

i've said many times i want it moderately nerfed across the board to make it balanced yet still good
