 hello all. problem: I can not hear the control operator is saying.ex. all dead. go to extraction ect. Nothing.  I hv redownloaded twice and still no luck.

First thing i would suggest. Shut down the game. ALT+CTRL+DEL and open Task Manager, Click on the Processes Tab, End the process called Origin.exe and EACoreServer.exe (if it is still running).
Reopen Origin, enter the game, enter multiplayer, then
Click "Options" down in lower right corner,
Click "Sounds" Set all three of the top three sliders to 100
Click "Back"
Then try a game let me know if this solved your problem

I recently had a issue where the sounds of my weapons did not play. It some how fixed itself. You can try the Repair Install,
in Origin in the My Games section right click the image of Mass Effect 3,
a small menu should open,
The fourth selection down should say Repair Install.

its the only other thing i can think of at the moment other than contacting http://help.ea.com

ok, tried the right click...nothing... reloaded windows..reload game..still same problem I gv up
