Yeah, I knew that stuf anyway. It's just when this first started a couple of people said they thought the whispers got more insistent if you keep walking away from the kid.

Too much work, not enough sleep.

Humm...I'm in the start of the game too.. Maybe it is the lighting. Also the first dream, what happened if you stand around too look or run the other way? 

I was talking about the in-game characters.

If you run in the opposite direction, a cutscene plays showing Shepard turning around and going back. I don't remember what happens if you wait too long, but I guess there's a timer.

It just sends you to the next section lol

They can be all found in Vancouver MP map near the hospital. Basically, all of them are hints to approximate dates DLCs are released or announced.

Could it mean that there is something big for New Year's? That is the second clue that could refer to that date (champagne and fireworks)...although they both could work for an anniversary as well...

Someone just asked for the second time in a few hours so, reposting these screens from Firebase: Vancouver of the "easter egg" items hidden in the office type room:


A jack-o-lantern:

A bottle of champagne (or alchohol of some kind, differs from other bottles in this level):


Heart-shaped box of chocolates:


Easter Egg Basket:


And the dreaded Chocolate Cake with Strawberry topping:


Each of these items (minus the cake) corresponds with an obvious holiday, we are speculating  this is a hint from Bioware at a DLC release plan (SP and MP) of some sort based on the month of the holiday, maybe not the exact date.

Feel free to bookmark this post if you need a reference to the images.

How'd I forget about the demo?  That was the first time I'd ever played Mass Effect

Another thing to remember about the demo is loads of people thought there was something up with the kid way before the ending dropped.

I like the idea of this. I've been hoping for Mass Effect expansion similar to what we saw with Dragon Age: Awakenings myself. A new 10-15 hour campaign extension, maybe seeing the events on Earth from a different perspective?

Or maybe a post assault on the beam section where you play as Shepard's love interest instead of Shepard themselves?

I noticed them on my Shepard during my playthrough.

I never noticed them on Udina or Coates until it was pointed out.

However, I DID instantly feel creeped out by Coates and suspicious of him for some reason when he was introduced in the final act...

I think it's officially an expansion pack but it's more a DA 1.5 as it were, since there's new companions, you can start a new game and it was released on disc.

Protip: Those dream sequence sounds were some of the only in-game sounds that we confirmed contain Infrasound in significant quantities.

The talk of an Awakenings-sized DLC gets me wondering if we'll ever see a Mass Effect: Complete Edition pack? With all three games, and every piece of DLC included in one tidy package...

How many discs would it be? ME = 1, ME2 = 3? ME3 = 3/4, with one sole'y for multiplayer?

...even though I've already bought and downloaded all the DLC, I'd happily buy it.

...not least because I'm running seriously short on hard drive space on my Xbox.

I'd like to see studies on that issue... I mean real scientific studies.
Later you'll see that 90% of the people with a top-notch 7.1 soundsystem chose synthesis.
And those playing with lousy monitor speakers only chose 5% synthesis.

Actual real life indoctrination.

Yo! Leviathan uses enthrallment to control people. Harbinger does the same in the ending.
