I've never watched any of the Youtube IT videos.  Just never saw the point in spending half an hour listening to someone narrate evidence I already knew about.

If you're ever bored, you can just look it up and watch. It is a good video.

Thanks for your patience and support, and I hope that I will see you all next Thursday.

The first one was very well done and I'm definitely looking forward to the second one. Keep up the good work.

I'd recommend watching it. Even if you know IT upside down and back to front in all of its variations, the vid is so well made it's a pleasure to watch anyhow.

So, how has Leviathan contributed to IT? I think it strenghthens the thought of Harbinger being the Catalyst. He is the oldest reaper after all.

On a side note, I'm kinda hesitant to trust the Leviathans. They're too powerful, and I'm positive they still have the arrogance you'd expect from a reaper.

I agree. I see them as reapers, since I really can't see a difference. Posted Image And yes, Leviathan definitely contributed to IT. The main hint was simply that Leviathan's mind-conversation with Shepard mirrored the child conversation perfectly. Posted Image

I lol'd when I saw the Atlas one down the first page. Posted Image

Edit: Actually, when I was playing yesterday, there were 2 Atlases on that map just staring at each other, even when we opened fire on them. We decided it would be most entertaining to let me headbutt the second one to death so... Posted Image

I love watching some of the IT videos.

Choose Wisely and Prettz's videos are really well made.

The one thing I absolutely can't stand to watch, is Clevernoob's stuff. For one, the way he explains things is really annoying. He keeps repeating his points over and over as if he's talking to stupid 5 year olds. Secondly, I disagree with a lot of his conclusions. And lastly, he's incredibly long-winded.

When I first saw the Clevernoob 'documentary', I immediately understood why people hate IT. If that video is your first exposition to the subject, yeah, you're forgiven for becoming a bloodthirsty IT-bashing literalist.

How about the part where he gets super pissed at Bioware and asks people to boycott them? (Or somthing like that; I never watched it.)

Edit: Well, that's why you don't judge something off the person explaining it.

No, of course you shouldn't.

I just totally understand why it's annoying to people when I hear that guy talk.

He just pushes all the wrong buttons for me.

we will explore several tidbits that are rarely/never discussed here in the IT thread, so hopefully there will be something new for everyone!

Why not just post them here so we can discuss them? It's not like we have a vault of new intel to work off of...

They want their episodes to be special, in my opinion it's bs but if they need that...
Talked with Turbo some days ago and she didn't even want to talk about some stuff because it touches such "exclusive" stuff. It's not really helpful to wait months just so you can feel special.

Well said. Agree 100%

Edit: Which reminds me, I need to finish my ME3 playthrough on PC so I can record stuff. Anyone know how much Fraps costs?

If Bioware ever reveals the legend save data, I'm terrified that synthesis is the majority, and what that would say about humanity.

Most all of the polls I've seen favour destroy at at least 50%. There is hope yet. Posted Image Synthesis seems to be generally viewed as by far the worst choice for any number of reasons by both literalists and ITers. I would like to see some stats about which choices people picked before and after the EC though.

That people are easily manipulated fools?  Lots of psychological studies have already shown that.

I would expect BW has a statistic what the first choice for the player was, and I guess that was Synthesis. Sadly I'm one of them as I didn't notice the platforms rise and walked straight ahead instead of turning right (which is what I wanted to do).

Banshee, try Bandicam.

I think it's better than Fraps, not sure how much it costs though. I used a trial.

Usually fraps, though if you have a very good PC you can try XSplit as it encodes while recording (at 1080i in Fraps it's about 4GB per 1:30mins) and you can also do streaming with it.

Maybe the people that didn't pick synthesis just don't understand art.

Been listening to the soundtrack a lot...does anyone else find it odd that there is so much "Reaper" noise ochrestrated into the songs? I get it being part of the game...but why so integrated with the music?

It is in Leaving Earth. Where else?

Go back and listen to the songs that tie to missions with very obvious Reaper involvement...for example; Ardat Yakshi.  And even some that don't have that obvious connection (like Surkesh) - and listen to the tone, horns, and bass reverberations...at least for me its hard not to hear/feel the "Reaper" noises through out the soundtrack...
