left my opinion on Kelly's thread. Not sure what to think one way or the other but 10 things is not enough to write a review or opinion on IT.

Even in those 10 things, there are still nested details that aren't discussed. That's why a simplified version is hard to do. Why must we dumb it down if people can't be bothered to try to understand it themselves? Bioware themselves didn't dumb it down or there wouldn't be any disagreement about it whatsoever.

No offense to you, Restrider, I understand what you're trying to accomplish. I just think dumbing it down actually removes critical important details.

Imho it is heavily subjective. You claim it to be an objective and open minded analysis, but it's really not.

Title: heavily suggesting that IT is confusing and no one knows what it is in the first place.

Prologue: you admit leaving out comments and statements that could further support or speak against IT, this might sound like an honest attempt to only pick out the most important aspects of the theory but simultaneously takes away any validity of this being an analysis. Why? Well first of all, you chose these top ten statements..of which many are really rather weak arguments concerning it, and i believe many of us will agree. There are a lot of stronger arguments but as you said, you left them out because YOU did not concider them important.

Main part/ analysis: this is actually good..concidering the mistakes you made before hand. You state your opinion based on an objective analysis of heavily subjectively chosen statements.

Well, at least that is how i see it. No offense intended, and i hope i did not make too many mistakes since i am not a native speaker.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because I'm nice, but I agree it is more biased than Kelly is willing to admit. And to say " don't bother me with the details" is to miss the point of presenting a theory. A theory is filled with details and those details lead to each other in a web of information. To dumb it down to 10 as a FAQ is enough of an insult before the evidence of bias comes up in the "piece".

Sure it's great that Kelly says it's a possibility, but the analysis is biased and not very thorough. Kelly, in fact, rejects the very idea of a thorough analysis.

You must feel really good about yourself with your superior language skills. Masster Blaster can teach you a thing or two about how to be a nice guy, though.

She claims being objective but won't touch the fact that ptsd is accurately portrayed in other parts of the game ...



Also:

Nothing flat out proves or disproves IT as of yet. So wrong.

It's kinda like how I talk with Banshee. We may say some very suggestive things, but we don't mean anything with those words.

I was nice to her in this thread, even encouraged her. But once I saw it was a highly biased hit piece I politely pointed out some flaws. She refused to discuss them, instead going on and on about how we don't get it. So the gloves came off, kinda

I'm hearing chatter that Harbinger is just the voice announcer of the trailer and nothing more. Does Bioware honestly expect us to believe they brought the VA along for those few lines and nothing else? Please lol.

Harbingers VA was there all along, but only for additional voices.
I have hope that he will also have a voice in SP some day though.

My point was, in the past we all speculated that he had a much larger role than what we got to see of him in sp. That is now confirmed. He has probably done many more lines of Harbinger.

What would be even funnier is if they give everyone the opposite of what they want. Like make Harbinger talk throughout all collector matches but never give us a final confrontation.
